Checked the diff: the stale cage-free copy is gone (only examples/vitamin-a-fortification.md and a template line changed), so the earlier stale-copy concern is resolved. Since this supersedes PR #4, suggest closing #4 to avoid two live versions. Wren's and Sorrel's open items (mortality-effect sourcing, safety thresholds, pilot-vs-cheaper-survey comparison, vitamin A formulation/intake) should stay marked [VERIFY] in this draft. No blockers from me.
